stripping audio/subs from chapter

I'm not sure if this thread even belongs to IFO/VOB Editors section, but I'll give it a try.
Is there any tool (preferably freeware) that could strip/disable audio/subs in selected chapter?

Only one chapter in a title? Seems strange...

Well, I would do it in the following way:
a) Extract the cell/s of the chapter with VobBlanker.
b) Create IFOs with IFOEdit, you will create a new DVD with the selected chapter
c) Strip the unwanted audio /sub in the newlty created DVD
b) Extract with VobBlanker the cells (one cell per file, not needed if the chapter is made of only one cell)
d) Replace the cells of the original DVD with the new ones.
e) Recover the seamless flags of the original PGc with pgcEdit. Not sure if you can do this when stripping an audio... Probably you need to make the cells non-seamless ...
