after the processing and when i start to encode i get this error message

Avisynth open failure:
MPEG2Souce: couldn't open source file, or obsolete D2V file

i have new versions of avisynth and DGindex
any ideas?

dvd-rb will only support NaNs 1.10 version of DGDecode.dll and the bundled version of 1.45 that comes with the installer/zip of dvd-rb if you try to use 1.46 im guessing thats where the issue may lay

Make sure you're pointing to the DGDECODE version that is distributed with DVD-RB.
