Using EEDI2 to resize SVCD?

Hi:
I figured that EEDI2 may be the perfect canidate for
resizing SVCD to DVD resolution, So does anybody know
how to do these?

By using EEDI2:

1. resize progressive SVCD (352x480) to 704x480
2. resize interlaced SVCD (352x480) to 704x480 (interlaced)
