Slow-motion with current MvTools?

I know there are a few scripts in the archives that use MvTools to generate slow-motion clips, but I'm not sure which (if any) work with the 1.1.x version. Anyone know?

For clarity, by "slow-motion" I mean turning ordinary 60i TV into something similar to a sports highlight reel.

I've found that the MVFlowFps2 example in the docs is a very good starting point. I do however usually have to lower "thSCD1" to 150 or below. But you must accept some level of artifacts.
