Wow. I don't come into the audio forum often enough. This is a busy place.
Here's my question: BeSweet lets me go down to q0 for encoding oggs using command line parameter -ogg( -q 0.000 )
But I think that ogg is capable of doing lower than 0, which is rough equivalent of 64kbps.
So -1 would be ~45kbps I believe.
Is there a way to encode at negative qualities? -ogg( -q -0.100) didn't work for me.
