Can i use adaptive quantization (cce) with DVD-RB ?

Yes. Be warned, however, that Cinemacraft states that it could possibly create code that is not DVD compliant. To enable it, add this line to the [Options] area of REBUILDER.INI

CCEAQM=1

Of course it will only be applied for those versions of CCE that support AQM.
