Remove audio from dvd menu?

I need to remove the audio track from a dvd menu. It is a concert dvd that I wish to share but the menu contains copyrighted audio which must be removed for legal purposes. Can you direct me to a program or guide which may help? I am sorry if this has been covered somewhere--have searched and haven't found a solution. Thank you for your time and attention.

This might not be exactly what you want, but menushrink will allow you to shrink your menus, and remove the audio, in 1 click. The audio will be gone, but if you have motion menus (animated menus) they will be turned into still.
The upside is that it's really a 1 click matter! Load, uncheck "keep audio", click process, done...

Thank you for the reply! Menushrink is a very handy program, indeed. However, it only works when the entire dvd is present. I, on the other hand, only have access to the .vob which contains the menu. I am trying to remove the audio so I can send it to someone who has the dvd. Is there a program which can simply remove the audio from the .vob which contains the menu without having the rest of the dvd present?

Well, you could do that, but the person won't be able to put the new vob back into the original DVD without using a specific program (such as vobblanker). That's because a bunch of pointers need to be updated when you change something to the vob, as you plan to do.
You should at least have:
video_ts.ifo and VTS_xx_0.ifo for the menu vob file.
Even then, when the person puts the vob and ifo back into their DVD, they'll have to do a "Get VTS sector" to update the video_ts.ifo file...

It would all be much easier if you had the entire DVD. Why don't you tell them to run menushrink on it?
