Please can you download the clip and suggest a good script to convert this to progressive...

Actually, it appears to be Field-shifted Progressive, so the following script should be okay?

AssumeTFF()
telecide(post=0)

EDIT: this script came out jerky! Any other similar scripts?

No, it's hard telecined 3:2 pulldown. Try this as a starter:

MPEG2Source("TigerOverWall.d2v")
assumetff()
telecide(post=0)
decimate()
