Apply image or text on DVD???

Is there a solfware to apply text or image on your DVD video with out changing any setting or anything or even losing any quality.

you can rip the disc, then re-author with subtitles that contain the text you want.

image:

you'll have to re-encode. you will lose quality, but probably not that much if you do it right.
