x264 CLI --seek and --frames parameters problems

I'm doing this:

x264 ... --seek 0 --frames 1000 --output bla1.mkv bla.avs
x264 ... --seek 1000 --frames 1000 --output bla2.mkv bla.avs


when I join bla1 and bla2 there are sometimes (for some --seek and --frames values) some duplicate frames at the joining point. For other --seek and --frames values there are no duplicate frames. Seems weird to me.

okay seem to be avisynth or dgdecode problem, not x264

Using trim in avisynth would probably work better.
