Hello, folks. I've got a 120fps source here that I've gotten from Japanese P2P, so it's already been encoded, and it's got a couple of problems with it. The problems I've noticed are: there seems to be a lot of noise around the lines, and it's extremely evident during pans, and there's parts of the video where it wasn't deinterlaced properly (this isn't as big of a deal to me, but if I can get this fixed too, that'd be great). I've tried several different denoising filters for the first problem I listed, but to no avail.
I uploaded a ~10MB clip that displays the problems I've mentioned here. I'm somewhat new to encoding, so forgive me for my lack of knowledge. @_@

Thanks in advance for the help!
