Looking for AVC plugin for TCPMP Windows Mobile

Anyone have this around...I finally have some Windows Mobile phones to test and cannot locate the AVC plugin...I believe the last plugin version was part of 0.71h. No longer on the normal sites for TCPMP. Help! If you have this...post a link here or send to tvccs@yahoo.com with my thanks!

Thanks to the folks that responded... Has anyone had luck getting 0.71h to work properly? Seems some people (including me) had throuble with that version, with 0.71e being the last version that worked for them. Again, my thanks.
