Hi:
I figured that EEDI2 may be the perfect canidate for
resizing SVCD to DVD resolution, But I'm kind of stupid,
So does anybody know how to do these?

By using EEDI2:

1. resize progressive SVCD (352x480) to 704x480
2. resize interlaced SVCD (352x480) to 704x480 (interlaced)

Thanks for your help ...:)

EEDI2 resizes vertically, but your vertical dimensions are not changing.

To use it, you'd have to do a rotate, resize, and then rotate back.

In the TIVTC/TDeint thread, tritical told me that using EEDI2 as a resizer isn't such a good idea since its was designed just to interpolate missing fields in a way not suitable for general resizing. I'd advice to just use Lanczos4Resize and maybe some sharpening after it.

In this special case, no resizing is needed. 352x480 is a valid resolution on DVDs.

@Neil Lee

Use this script:

turnright().eedi2.turnleft().eedi2

and see how it works.

DUH !!! ( you are not answering anything )

Think carefully, it's not as easy as you mentioned,
especially when dealing with interlaced material,
you have to weave, assume filed base , and do whatever it
needs to, that's why am asking, i need a detailed description or
the script itself.

I admit i'm not so smart and need help, That's why am asking nicely..

SO, I don't need

" WHAT PART OF NEURON's POST YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND? "

this kind of Sh-it from a moderator called Wilbert.
