i have burned & crashed !!!!!!!

can anyone help i have burned avi files onto dvd but no dvd player will play them it wont even play in my computer any suggestions !!! help my brain is starting to burn (burning virgin)

1) What software and procedures did you use to create the .AVIs?

2) What is the source material for the .AVIs you created?

sorry i have used dvd santa to convert avi files to dvd i think !!!and then used the same program to burn them to dvd+rw

Start by looking here (http://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers) to make sure your players can even play a DVD-RW, however if it won't even play from the drive with which you burned it there was probably something wrong with the burn or with the processing of the material.
