Do you know any software to play cd-i discs on a computer?? or they doesn't exists?

If I remember correctly, it stands for "CD-Interactive" and was primarily a short-lived format used for educational purposes in the mid-'80s. In fact, although I could be mistaken, I don't that format required any special playback software, other than either autostarting/autorun or double-clicking on an ".EXE" file on the CD...

That's correct. CD-I uses MPEG1 for videos (just like VCD) but has increased posibilities for menus etc. Even simple games are existing for CD-I.

Philips brought out the first CD-I player to the best of my knowledge - it was basically a PS2 of the late 80's and 90's - they did upgrade it a number of times.
You could basically get films, games and play music CD's on it so was quite advanced for its time.
Just a bit of useless information for you there.
