60p to 24p

Hi,
Could someone post a function for this conversion? All I could find is 60i and 30i to 24p. I tried using scharfis' convert60ito24p, but I get some ghosting even when using mode 0. I don't care about blending at all.

there'll be the reverse of the usual jitter you get from 3:2 pulldown, but that shouldn't be too annoying.

That actually doesnt work on all the material. Some clips are supposed to be 1080i, but it seems like they are converted on the fly to 720p.
