aac in mkv problom

Hello I have a mkv with aac audio how can I convert it to avi with mp3? I tried many ways allready.

Your title makes it sound like you have a problem with aac in mkv. Doesn't sound like there is any problem to me.

You might want to check out alltoavi. Should be able to remux the video to avi and re-encode the audio or if that isn't possible, re-encode the video to.
