Missing Video_TS.vob files

After reading this board for over a year this is the first time I have not been able to find a solution to my problem. While using pgcedit, everything works fine until it gets ready to burn the DVD. It will error out, and upon examination I will find the video_ts.vob file missing.
I have tried using pgcedit on the majority of my ACCross disks to no avail, and always end up using DVDF, which I personally would perfer not to use.
My lastest attempt at making a backup with pgcedit on The Legend Of Zorro, produced the same results. Though this time when I used DVDF, DVD shirnk would had troubles in that it would only shrink the DVD to 6206mb.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated and I thank you in advance for any help you can give.

Hi!It will error out, and upon examination I will find the video_ts.vob file missing.Try simply ripping the "VIDEO_TS.VOB from your original, purchased DVD and placing it in the hard drive folder that contains all of the other DVD-related files (.IFOs, .BUPs, and .VOBs)...

I have tried that. I have tried just ripping the VIDEO_TS.VOB file into the folder created by DVD shrink. I have also double checked to make sure that the file was in the sourse DVD shrink dirctory. When I put the ripped copy into the DVD Shrink folder it will still error out with unable to sort DVD files and stop the burn process.

Thanks for the suggestions. What I finally ended up doing to get a good backup of my copy of "The Legend of Zorro" Widescreen Special Edition Region 1, was to run pgcedit to get the PSL file, and then deleted all the files from my HD and reopened DVD Decrypter importing the PSL file. This worked. One thing I noticed on this disk is that there were 99 files, whiched seemed like more then I have run accross then on any of my other DVD's. Not sure how the "ARccOS" works, but when I tried to open the DVD in pgcedit to view it, It gave me the following.. "# of VTS Stored in VIDEO_TS.IFO (23) don't match the real number of title sets stored on disk (24).......

That error message was symbolic of the the crap in Resident Evil 2. If you use the wizard exactly, it won't even bother to rip VTS24.

Thats just it blatach, I used the wizard exactly and it would not work. Everytime I have tried to use the wizard, I will get an error while trying to burn that it could not sort DVD files. I find that the video_ts.vob file is missing every time. The only way so far I have had it work for me is to run the wizard until after it produces the PSL file, and then start over just using DVD Decrypter after importing the PSL file.

In the wizards cleaning phase there are three available options for FixVTS. If you also checkmark the third one - it will solve your problem.

I HAD BEEN HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS COPYING "THE LEGEND OF ZORRO" AFTER HAVING USED DVD SHRINK AND DVD 43. AFTER HAVING READ INFO ON THIS SITE, I USED DVD FAB EXPRESS TO BURN TO THE HARD DRIVE,BUT MADE SURE TO TURN OF DVD 43. PREVIOUSLY, WHEN I USED OTHER PROGRAMS TO ENCODE, THE MOVIE WAS TOO LONG. THIS TIIME IT SHRUNK EVERYTHING TO THE CORRECT SIZE. I THEM USED DVD SHRINK TO BURN IT AND IT DID IT PERFECTLY. HOPE THIS HELPS EVERYONE, INCLUDING THE "FRUSTRATED GRANDMA."
