I have some strange colors on my tv capture (Hauppauge PVR150, MPEG2).
Please take a look at this screenshot. I've tried "GuavaComb" but with no improvement.
Can someone give an advice in this issue?

The cause that the B&W detail is at the color subcarrier frequency. Did you use S-Video input for capture? This is common if you used composite input for capture.
Not sure if this can be removed with filter

This frames looks like it has been deinterlaced.
Deinterlaced video cannot be de-rainbowed correctly.

yes you are right. I used "LeakKernelDeInt(order=1,sharp=True)" before I took the snapshot.
So here the same frame interlaced.

Did you use S-Video input for capture?
No, it's a regular TV-capture, PAL, 720x576, analoge cable.
so are there any other suggestions?
If I use "DeFreq", should I use it at all, or only luma or only chroma? (I don't even know if this is possible or useful)

I suggest trying out FFT3DFilter or FFT3DGPU and use either one of them to filter chroma. Remember to use bt=3.

those rainbows are very high-level. try capturing through s-video if you can. broadcast TV is composite, but a device with an s-video output might also have a better comb filter than your capture card (which clearly doesn't have a very good one :)), so it's worth a shot. even a DV cam might help.

Thanks for the suggestion, Boulder, but nothing seems to work for me, even the magical FFT3DFilter with bt=3 option and other options too. And I can't recapture that signal, Mug Funky, cause I'm not the one who captured it - this is how it came to me on DVD.
I suppose DotCrawl (http://home.earthlink.net/~tacosalad/video/dotcrawl.html) could do the job, but unfortunately it's only for NTSC. And my source is PAL.

dedot works on ntsc and pal, but it'll only solve half your problems (it fixes chroma getting into the luma, but not luma getting into the chroma).
