Hello, I have an Xbox 360 which is an HDTV source and I want to connect it to my PC and capture some scenes in true HDTV resolutions (720p or 1080i). So what I'm looking for is a capture card that accepts HDTV input component YPrPb signals. I've searched many and can't seem to find any. I found many that output component HDTV but none of them input. I really wanted the ATI® Radeon™ All-in-Wonder® X1800XL (http://www.ati.com/products/radeonx1800/aiwx1800xl/index.html) but it doesn't accept HDTV input. WHY is that all these cards have HDTV output but not input??? This is a little frustrating. Someone please direct me to a capture card that accepts this input, thank you.

Not exactly what I'm looking for but thanks. I'm looking more for a TV tuner capture card that has HDTV inputs.

There isn't such device. If you want to capture analog hdtv stream from xbox, you need to resort to some professional grade product.

Dang that's a drag.. There is also a cable you can buy for the Xbox 360 that outputs RGB signals via an VGA 15 pin cable like an analog computer monitor. Is there a way I can take advantage of that?

Isn't that what he gave you? Except for the tuner part, which you wouldn't need.
