hello all. i have a few mpeg2 music videos from promotional dvd i'd like to convert from tv scale to pc scale without having to re-encode. i've tried using dgindex and select "pc scale" then demux the video, but it comes out the same way as the source. is there another way or any possible way to convert from tv to pc scale without having to reencode the video? thanks!
