only when do a encode of a capture in picvideo 19 Q(other default) the desire bitrate(700 or 1000) is not obtain...result an 5** or something with a very bad quality of course...
use chroma motion
ultra high
wide search
trellis quantisation

Can you pleae rephrase what _exactly_ your problem is? And what is your source? What doyou want to achieve?

From what I can guess they are trying to reencode some captured file and they are getting an undersize problem. Looks like another person who didn't read the sticky (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=92046).

srry Koepy for my bad english...
thx Lil'jer nice sticky...works for me with 80,90 values in case 1(Overflow treatment values tweaking) with a poor quality of course...
so...reinstaled XviD-1.0.3-20122004 _Final Release_ who works like a charm with my analog capture in Picvideo Q 19; bitrate of capture is 46156 kbps...
so, why wont works for now?:(

my os is recently instaled...
mantain quality @ min 3000 kbs, and made an avi @ 1000 kbs/ 640*480 with a verrry poor quality...:)
