wrong aspect ratio

hi all!

trying to make divx from vobs (gordian knot). the problem is the movie`s aspect ratio in the preview window is not right. (too narrow)
any clues? i thought gk would check this out by itself (pal) - what can i do?

hmm..did you check View -> Resized in the Preview window? If not, check it.

I have, on very rare occasions, had Gordian Knot give the incorrect input resolution. Make sure PAL is selected on the Resolution tab, or select Custom and enter 720 x 576. You may also try the 16:9 and 4:3 selections under Input Pixel Aspect Ratio and see if one or the other is correct.
