problem rebuilding movie

iv been trying to rebuild a movie and keep getting the same error at this one file, iv tried different encoders and different techniques. All of them give me an error at the same point in the rebuild

error in updateIFO:VTS_01 BOBID: 01/CELLID:01 was not found in teh VOB

what does this mean? I had trouble first decrypting it due to copyright, could this be why it wont rebuild it?

That means that there is a reference to a cell in the IFO file -- but it doesn't exist in the VOB files.

If you are using DVD Decrypter, make sure all the settings are at the defaults. If you tell it to, for example, "remove angles", it will cause a problem like this.

Does anyone know the best settings for the cce sp
i have the

vbr_bias = 25
Quality prec = 16
VBR_passes = 2

should i change somthing to get better quality on my main movie?

in general, the defaults are great.. if the movie is longer, some might up to 3 or 4 passes, but thats it
