Manage codecs on win system

can anyone suggest program that changes priority and/or enables or disables codecs (program that manages codecs etc.)?

For directshow filters you can try DirectShow Filter Manager. You cand find it in : http://www.softella.com/dsfm/index.en.htm

BTW, it's freeware
