I Have a DVD that was aparently shot at 25fps and telecined to 29.97fps
and the guides at doom9.org for CCE SP are confusing me
0ne guide says to use N/M=4 For PAL N/M=5 For NTSC(CCE SP 2.70) and the other guide says
just use N/M=4 (CCE - Robshot)which guide is right? if the (SP 2.70) guide is right Than would the frame rate or resolution affect my chose And if the answer is the frame rate than wouldn't that setting effect 23.976fps video diffrently than 29.97 fps? thanks in advance and Sorry if this subject is in another part of the forum i only check the CCE Forum here
what was i thinking of course it has to be base on FPS because NTSC(29.97 fps) PAL(25.fps) are standards
