CQM low bitrate for x264 ?

Hi,

Is there any x264 cqm for lowbitrate, between 700 and 1000kb/s, balanced fast and slow action video clip, at 480p ?

between 700 and 1000kb/s is not really a low bitrate.
i did a cqm comparison at 700kbps on a clip and soulhunter v2 cqm came out to be best for that clip :search:

Depending on how compressable the source is you could be better off with a lower bitrate cqm, or if your encoding anime no cqm at all.
