Is this a XP or AGK problem?

Each time that I have used AGK & have I finished the job & I try to reopen the program for a second job nothing happens at all. I have to restart Windows XP & then it works just fine once again. Just in case this isn't a windows problem I thought that I should ask?

Next time it happens, use Ctrl + Alt + Del and check the Applications tab to see if it's already running. If it is, right-click it there and select "Bring to front." Keep in mind that when you minimize it, it goes to the tray, and double-clicking the shortcut won't bring it back up.
