Problem with encoding svcd from xvid source

Hello,

I have a problem with encoding a svcd from xvid source. I loaded die xvid movie into gSpot -> the movie was rendered with no problems.

Video Src Type: 4cc: xvid
Video Path: (S) --> DivX Decoder Filter --> (R)

But when I try to transcode the movie with TmpegEnc I get a blank (black) movie without sound. When I load the movie into nero it crashed.

Anybody knows how I can solve this problem?

1) How did you create the XviD? (What was the source? What software and procedures did you use?)

2) Does the XviD play properly?

understood the rules.. thx... but the file is legally (just as info :))..

I deinstalled my current codec package and installed "K-Lite Mega Package"... now it works :)
