Hi, im trying to convert a film to dvd using tempgenc. when i use the wizard and get to the end it says the file i create will be massive 8gig. I believe the problem lies with the audio, thing is, i dont know what to do next...what software do i use to compress the audio..and how do i use it.

At a guess, you're encoding the audio as LPCM, which is uncompressed.
From the main screen, click on setting, then on the Audio tab, and select MPEG-1 Audio Layer II from the Stream Type box.
edit: However, if you've already encoded the audio, I believe you can use Heada3che to convert it from LPCM to MP2.
