Well it's been down for over 12 hours now, and a search didn't turn up anything as to why. I was at a loss as to where to post this, so I figured I'd put it as close as possible to the download links that weren't working.

I am trying to get 399A Lite Package. I tried 399 from Freecodecs, but the output from it had bizarre artifacts and caused MP4Box to crash when I tried to mux with my audio.

Any news on a new mirror, or when files.x264.nl will come back online?

Okay. It seems that using a direct connecting it doesn't work, but connecting through a transparent proxy server does work. Why would this happen?

x264.nl works fine, but files.x264.nl only works through a proxy.

Could my ISP be blocking this site? If I found out that they are they just lost a customer.

The URL in your grab works fine for me...
Can you ping files.x264.nl (66.199.247.35) ?

I ahve the same problem

I can connect from work but not from home..been having the same problem for a week or two..I contacted my ISP and they confirmed that they are not blocking the website...

it could be that files.x264.nl host is blocking a range of ip's that were trying to hack it or something and we just got caught in it :(

I can't access files.x264.nl either...

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://files.x264.nl/

The following error was encountered:

* Connection Failed

The system returned:

(113) No route to host

This happens when it is blocked at a router or the TTL expires(aka the request gets lost on the internet. Try doing a traceroute

Windows: tracert files.x264.nl

and seeing where it stops.

Seems to be a routing problem since I tried traceroutes from different local ISPs, all of them are stopping at 72.9.110.221

EDIT: This might be related to the migration of Ezzi datacenter servers this month. Seems some customers' servers are still down.

Box has been rebooted (a few times) and now running again.

Routing issues could indeed be the problem for no access, by the time this thread was started, ezzi indeed was "busy".

Just be patient if it still does not work!

can you get through w/ a proxy server? maybe megaproxy.com?

I proxied through my school and I was able to reach it that way...
