I've picked them up retail for that price, with no rebate, but hey - good lookin out.
Personally I would recommend Super Media (http://www.supermediastore.com/) , good spot for cheap genuine Taiyo Yuden's (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=102775&highlight=Taiyo+Yuden)
