Need to make anime outlines BOLDER

i have a low-res anime video and when i upscale it the outlines of the characters get jagged. is there a filter that will make the outline bolder and deeper in black while getting rid of some of the jaggedness? any help is appreciated.

iirc there was somthing like fastlinedarker...

try a search

To get (partly) rid of the jaggieness, do a forum search for antialiasing (Hints: AAA, TIsophote)

thanks for the tips i already tried fastlinedarken it just makes it look more jagged.
