PAL to NTSC

How to I convert a PAL DVDR to NTSC DVDR to play in my DVD player, I used DVDPatcher and set all the proper arrangements and when I burn it, it was still a PAL DVD to the player....:(

I use IFOedit to modify the IFO files from PAL to NTSC. Then I save them. It works really well and it's fast. Give it a try. Cheers ;)
