Hi Everybody,

What exact settings do I need to configure if I want the output file in autogk to be in pocket pc resolution (320x240), but I still want to keep the widescreen aspect ratio correct ?

And if I have an srt file from using subrip and a vob file from dvd decrypter, can I hardsub that subtitle file into the end resulting avi using autogk ?

Lots of thanks for any help you can give.

If you play a widescreen movie which has the letterboxing cropped away and it appears stretched, then you will have to use an "add borders" to encode it at 320 x 240 with the remainder of the frame filled with black. AutoGK doesn't do add borders as far as I know, but Gordian Knot can re-encode your avi with borders and add hard subs.

Thanks a lot, but I've managed to use AutoGK to create avi's in 320 width and also burn the subtitles into the resulting avi. Thanks for the help, shame about the length of time this program takes. But then again we can't have everything, right !!
