Unfortunately uninstalling DivX 6.1 does not resolve the problem, I always get the message starting the prog, sigh!

All these posters have upgraded and had problems. I just did a fresh install on XP32 and have no problems.

Perhaps it's time to uninstall, delete leftovers & reinstall ?

Sure you removed any old codecs and that it worked ?

This is handy tool for finding codecs & related info on your hard disk. Sorry about the URL, me no speaky HTML. I guess this utility would be on doom9 somewhere.

Thank you
I think AutoGK should not be depended on old codecs - propably I have some exotics ones, but it's very hard remove it
It should be enough to have latest DIVX, XVID, WMV, MPEG - I have it :-) But AutoGK doesn't work

AutoGK worked fine until you upgraded or something/someone changed your software. If it ain't broke, don't fix it :-)

Good luck codec hunting
