How to rotate video 90 degree ?

Does Avisynth have a function to rotate video
at a certain angle, similar to virtualdub's "rotate" filter?

If not, how do you do a simple 90/180/270 degree rotation?

turnleft() or turnright()

there's also filpvertical() or fliphorizontal()

nothing to rotate by arbitrary angles though.
