I now Procoder 2 does pal2ntsc but how do you do 5.1 dvd with procoder 2 if it will only convert dvd in 2 channel audio any help

you could use a different app to author with... just mux in the original 5.1 track - no transcoding necessary (which is good, because ac3 doesn't recompress well at all).
only hitch is if your PAL->NTSC conversion changes the speed of the video.

yes it changes the speed 25>30 but I cant get 5.1 thats all

nah, i don't mean framerate - i mean speed. does it change the running time at all?
also, what are you authoring with? does procoder do authoring now too? if that doesn't allow you to do 5.1, then simply use an authoring program that can, and use procoder to make the assets for it (the m2v's). then you can use the original audio from your PAL source. this will make it better quality, as there's been no re-encoding in the audio.
