I have an AVI file that has 2 separate audio tracks - English / Spanish.

I would like to burn this AVI to a DVD with only the English audio track.

I tried using Nero to convert the AVI file to TS VOB files, etc. which it does okay but it won't let me choose between audio tracks so I end up with either a 2 channel mix or with only one of the 2 audio tracks (but not by my choosing).

How can I either (1 - edit the AVI and save it with the one audio track I want? or (2 - is there another program like Nero that will let me choose between audio tracks during the conversion process? Then I can use shrink to burn the files to DVD.

You can use VirualdubMod. Open the file, then go Streams>Stream List and you can disable audio tracks. Then go to Video menu and choose direct stream copy. Then File>Save As ... and pick a filename and away you go. It should work really quickly.
