I have a few DVD's that I have ripped to my hard drive and I am taking the .vob files and entering them into Intervideo WinDVD Creator 2 so that I can watch the scenes I like on one DVD. The problem is that the audio goes out of sync and has a 1.5+ second delay. This is very annoying and I want to fix it. Also, one of the VOB files has no audio unless I play around with the time slider bar. It also sees this VOB as just 14 minutes long when it's closer to 50 mins. I checked the help section and it gives no help with audio sync issues when putting different files together. I've also tried changing the VOB files to .mpg and it still has the same problems. The files play just fine in WMP and WinDVD on my PC. The audio sync issue only comes up when I put them into WinDVD Creator 2. Will somebody please help me with this?

I ripped them all with DVD Copy 2, except the one that had no audio unless I played with the video slider and WinDVD Creator 2 saw it as a shorter clip, I also used DVD decryptor to rip the VOB file that had the scenes I wanted. It was in file mode, yes. These DVD's have no RCE protection and no copyright protection system. Like I said, they play fine in WinDVD with no audio sync issues. It's only when I put the files into WinDVD Creator 2 Platinum that they go out of sync. Would ripping in IFO change anything since they all play fine before authoring?
Thanks

You might try Nero Recode. You can download a 30 trial at their web site.
