What's the apropiate software to encode DTS 24/96 5.1?

I know the greats advances in the methods of making CD-DTS 5.1 or more.
But I'm interested in the authoring proccess of making a DVD-Video with DTS 5.1 and 24/48 or 96 files.
Somebody can tell me what's the name of the applications who are capables to make that.
The authoring proccess in very easy to me. Only I'm searching make an step in advance in sound, with all my respects to all the methods in course...

u´ll need to get the DTS Pro encoders from DTS.
