DVD Picture problem

I chose the RoBa Method for encode a dvd, and such a picture was the result. On my other pc I use the same toolz with the same attitudes and there I got a perfect picture. I don't understand why I get a so bad picture on my other pc :/

Check your Ram it could be bad.
