When I try to start the "Configure Encoder" or "Configure Decoder" options from the start menu, I get these errors:

I use the regular 32bit xvid version, along with all other video software 32bit (as I don't feel like beta testing, I just want things to work). The only thing 64bit is the OS. Any ideas why I am getting this error or how to fix it?
