How to extract a PGC from "DVD on HDD"

What tool do I use to do the same thing as DVDDecrypter in IFO mode and rip a PGC from a DVD that's been copied to HDD? DVDDecrypter doesn't seem to have a way to read the system disc rather than a DVD drive.
