have tried FUW, DVD Decrypter, DVDFab but nothing is working.

gets to ~20% then stops.

I ripped it over the weekend using DVD Decryptor/AnyDVD with no problem.

I successfully ripped, compressed, and burned the Region 1 version of this DVD using DVD95Copy.

Post your DVD Decrypter log here.

Try cleaning the disc...

I did region 2 version (2005) with DVD Decrypter and DVDShrink no problem.

It may very well be a scratched disk. although it plays fine.

I'd suggest you return it to the place of purchase, in exchange for a new replacement
