I've got an MP4 encoded with nero recode 2. I drop it into the MKVMerge GUI and deselect the AAC audio and add the original AC3 audio tracks (pulled out via DGEdit) as well as the original sub titles (pulled out via vobsub).
The resultant file muxes OK but the AC3 audio glitches (small parts of the audio repeating) early on and A/V sync is lost. The audio tracks were ripped from a DVD.
If I leave the AAC audio in tact then all is peachy.
Any ideas?
