Im looking for some more dvd-r and i missed the sale on TDK's at CC. I have been using those and some left over Ritek G04's for some time now with no problems at all. The G04's can't be found easily anymore. and i heard the G05's are questionable. So I looked around and it seems that Taiyo Yudens are a popular choice. But now i run into the problem of reputable vendors. I would like to get these http://www.shop4tech.com/item3007.html but am curious if anyone else has purchased these and can verify they are true Taiyo Yuden. I have heard shop4tech's customer service is also a bear if they happen not be what they are advertised.(i also have a coupon for that site as well hence my interest). Should i just order from Rima and pay a little more. I've heard they are great to deal with. Any other vendors?

Let me know who you deal with and your experience with them??
thanks

I wouldn't rely on those discs...

First there are discs with fake TYG codes out there (I have a reliable vendor who honestly labelles some discs "not Tayo Yuden" even their code is TY). The vendor is www.nierle.com but I guess it's not interesting when you're in the US.

Second if the discs are real TY then they might be B-grade or worse (therefore unlabelled).
