I installed autogk 2.26 today and instead of installing the bundle cvs xvid
I installed the final build of xvid 1.1 (from kobei.org), I'm now having files coming way undersize.

For a 700 meg file, the final size varies anything from 442-532 Meg
Does anyone has the same problem or it is just me?

Should I blow everything away and reinstall with the bundle cvs xvid or is there a way around to the final xvid 1.1?

Regards
Binh

From recollection the only changes from the included built to 1.1 were in the decoder. Encoding should be the same.

Undersize is extremely common if XviD is installed on top of an existing XviD. De-install XviD completely before re-installing.

Also take a look at v.2.26 release notes...
version 2.26 fixed undersized files with latest XviD and 2.25 - use only XviD bundled!

last quote means that you can't use XviD before that version, but not after...
