I can't get it to work. I read a tutorial regarding decryping arccos discs using dvd decrypter with pgcedit and the PSL2 plugin, but it decrypts it in file mode rather that IFO mode which autogk requires. How shoud I be doing this to use autogk with arccos protected discs?

Just decrypt with DVD Decrypter in IFO mode - depending on the title, your only issue may be audio synch which is easily corrected with NanDub or VirtualDubMod.

AutoGK can handle DVDs ripped in file mode, directly...
....just select the main movie 's IFO...

Or use latest version of AnyDVD and forget about ARCcos.
;)
BTW: This is my first post so... Hello everybody !

Do not use AnyDVD if you are planning to use the output with AutoGK...
There will be a/v desync....

I am, for quite some time. Using v5.7.3.1 now.
Never had any A/V sync issues.
