Help Please

I have some music videos I have burned onto a disc on my stand alone dvd burner from off of tv. I have edited them with mpeg2cut and taken out the commercials and am left with only the videos I want. I labeled them VTS_01_1.VOB up to VTS_01_8.VOB. when I try to make ifo's Ifoedit makes them but it doesn't work when I burn them to a dvd./ All I want to do here is take the videos that I want from the 2 hours I taped and put them on a different dvd. That way I have only the videos I want to watch. Is there a way to do this? and if this has been asked before, I apologize and could you point me to the relevant thread then? Also, when I edited out the videos that I wanted, I left them as .vob files. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Probably the simplest way to do this type of editing and creating a new DVD would be to use "TMPGEnc DVD Author" (It will also allow you to readily add menus and chapters, if you like). You can obtain a FULLY functional free 30 day trial version of this commercial program at:

what about dvdshrink reauthor mode after you got the ifos for ifoedit.
